Clean modern room, great breakfast, beautiful common courtyard and really friendly, helpful, English speaking staff who go out of their way to help with advice on things to do. Note when looking for the hotel the sign faces a pedestrian lane, not the street."

"I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and it was an exceptional experience. Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless, and every interaction felt warm and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed with luxurious touches and breathtaking city views. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the little details made it feel extra special. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with a breakfast buffet offering both local and international options, and the staff in the dining area made each meal feel like a memorable occasion. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the spa and pristine pool, which provided the perfect spots to relax. The location was also ideal for exploring Chengdu. Despite the initial hiccup, the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu’s incredible service more than made up for it, and I left feeling truly taken care of.
