Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave...

"The view from the room was excellent. Although we couldn't see Mt. Fuji from our room, the city view had a beautiful night lights and in the morning, we enjoyed great ocean view. The location is very convenient from the train station. Everything is in walking distance. "
