Nice staff and good food in an older hotel
While the hotel is a little old and the wallpaper is ripped in areas, the staff are very friendly and kind and the breakfast was very delicous. The onsen bath was cold on two nights and when we shared this with staff, they reset things quickly, allowing us to return in an hour to piping hot spring baths. The hotel doesn't have all the bells and whistles newer hotels have but the nice staff at reception and at the restaurant make up for it!

Great hotel, and location
Very good hotel, i found it quite a lot better than the APA hotels i stayed at. One Free breakfast and a drink coupon for a week, they clean your room every day, and had a nice Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel. Very good price for a decent size room and very close to both main Shizuoka stations

If you want to have visitors this is not a good place to stay. There is no proper lobby or foyer with comfortable chairs and tables and space and quiet. However, it is very convenient to the station! The cleaning staff were keen and came every day, unlike some other hotels.

In short, this place is a dump. The first red flag upon entering is the stained couches. Then you get up to your room and notice all the walls with laminate peeling off. Then entering your room you see hair in the bathroom, carpet that hasn’t been dry cleaned since the 70’s and scuff marks on everything. The walls are thin and you can hear everything, including cars from outside.

静岡にできたプロ野球チーム、くふうハヤテベンチャーズ静岡の観戦のため利用。球場は清水区ですが清水のホテルが軒並み埋まっており、静岡駅近くのくれたけインプレミアムを選択。駅前の松坂屋の横から数分の距離なので便利。静岡観光にも良いと思う。 夕方6時からのハッピーアワーで静岡ビールとカレーのサービスもよく、朝食のバイキングも東横INNやアパなどと比べて選択肢が多く、味もよい。特に今日のスタッフの対応もアパなどと比べて丁寧だった。
