"The property location is very central and convenient. Its a puzzle as to why such a well situated property is so ill maintained - especially as it is surrounded by competitors! The waterworks are leaky, furniture and air conditioner substandard. The food served in restaurant is very poor quality - Cook needs to be replaced. I ended up ordering food from outside almost every day. Staff is saving grace - every one was very helpful and eager to help out with any need. Since price is cheap it can...
