"Mediocre...old dilapidated place. Bathrooms are dirty and fixtures, such a toilets don't work properly. Electrical fittings are coming out from the wall revealing bare wire (and its 220v). Restaurant and breakfast were okay. It won't take a huge investment to get it up to speed, so it puzzles me as to why the owners don't do so."

"Reception area should smell nice. Some sound proofing needed for rooms facing the temple where they play loud music in the morning."

Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre, an IHG Hotel

"The hotel was extremely comfortable and breakfast menu vast and tasty. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The bar service at the Sky lounge unfortunately was very slow, the snacks ordered was extremely slow to be brought to us. We ate what was served but were unable to wait for the whole order to arrive. We were not charged for the food and non alcoholic drinks we consumed which was appreciated. "

Best bed and service

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent. "

"Wonderful place to stay in Pune. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the rooms so comfortable and super clean. The restaurant had a great buffet. Cheff Bhushan gave us special service and all restaurant staff were so nice, specially Aradya. "
