The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent. "

"Restaurant service is slow and a lot of the staff while being polite are inexprienced. Health faucet on the wrong side so difficult to use. But can be fixed by using flexible cord instead of the existing rigid one All cutlery in restaurant should be from the same family. I found knives were large and heavy, tablespoons were almost like soup spoons and the forks were short in length and lightweight. That's sloppy for a 5 star hotel"

Highlights were the child friendly check out process, the quality of the breakfast spread and Asian restaurant, as well as the housekeeping team from Royce and the Ayurvedic massage by Martha. The pool and the desserts at PSB were just the cherry on the cake (no pun intended)l"
