"I was just studying property just 10 minutes easy walk from the bustling Centre Takayama. Fantastic facilities with multiple dining options. The food was delicious. We had a wonderful kaiseki dinner, just be prepared to eat a lot. The courses kept coming beautifully prepared and so worried. All the staff are fantastic it more than matter expectations on every account."

"This hotels is much like a western hotel in its room size and layout. Having traveled through Tokyo and Nagoya so far, we felt spoilt when we arrived at this hotel. The only improvement I would like to see is an English TV channel or two. "

"We loved it. We had a beautiful broom looking over the river. It was a spacious suite. We loved the clothes that came with staying in the Onsen. We had both suppers and breakfasts which were world class. The hot spring itself was a delightful surprise. The shuttle to get into town was convenient enough and we could always find a shuttle when we want to leave or come back. We spent two days there. I would go back in a heartbeat. The view looking over the river was spectacular. I’m not so sure if we had had a room looking out on the parking lot."
