"Lovely place, very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a a bit of an issue at check in, we had booked a family room which turned out to be a double bed and a trundle bed which they brought up. The trundle bed was not fit for purpose really, it didn't look safe to sleep on. Couldn't fault the staff or the manager though, they were very helpful and made sure to try and resolve the issue for us straight away. "We had a lovely 2 night stay at the property. The room was spacious and , bathroom clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both were very good. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and Gary the Reception Supervisor was 5 star in service. I broke my ankle earlier on the day we arrived and he did everything possible to make me comfortable during our stay. Well deserved recognition for service excellence."

"The excellent comfort of this guest house enhanced our stay in Glasgow. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choices were extensive. The only thing I would change is to book a room with ensuite next time. It was only a short walk to the bathroom however the sink in our room did a gurgling sound for about 10 mins after being used.
