"Great service for our whole stay. We were staying at a not so nice place and were not due to check in for 2 nights. The CSR was able to work it in so that we could check in a night early and keep the suite we booked. Should have just booked our whole time in Edmonton staying at the Matrix. Property was clean, felt safe, and the room was fantastic. We tried room service for dinner one of the nights and was quite good. Also very handy that there is a Starbucks attached to the property that opens at 6:30 am!"

"Last May 15 in am there is fire alarm anyhow I am deaf and about go washroom . I already told front desk please write notice that I am deaf person if it emergacy! But no one open door when it emergacy without let me know !"

"I thank the stuff at the front desk. There was a mix up on my having a dog with me that was over 50 pounds. They were nice and let me stay there, i had already paid for the room in advance. I appreciate what they did for me. I was from out of town. "

"Hotel is clean, well maintained and staff is courteous. Breakfast could be better with more better options. more kids options. Rooms were spotless clean. however. blankets can be thicker and cozier. felt like a bed sheet. Overall I had pleasant stay. will definitely recommend it to friends and family "
