"Everything about our stay was fine, until we tried to take the airport shuttle upon departure. We had booked the 9am shuttle with the agent when we arrived and were instructed to be at the front door by 850 am. We were there by 845, and waited until 910, with no shuttle arrival. Upon asking about its whereabouts, we were informed there was no reservation and were told we coukd take the 10am shuttle. The agent at checkin had said it runs every 30 mins, so I'm unsure why we were not offered...
