"Restaurant was out of crab Mac n cheese, 2 nights, for sure, same with crab cakes and there were no crackers for the meat and cheese plate. How hard is it to go get crackers from the nearby CVS? The mini cheesecake sampler was very small, I would have at least expected the samples to equal the size or almost the size of a normal cheesecake."

"The paying for parking of $35 a day should be noted before booking. I would not have picked that location. I arrived at midnight and could not change it. It was not safe to park outside the hotel. My plans would not allow me to change hotels. So i paid $140 in parking fees"

"Anytime I stay in Atlanta I will stay at Omni. People there are outstanding! 💯 My little brother lived there for 30 years. He has a 27-year-old son who uses a wheelchair. One of the staff went downstairs met him his son his grandson and his wife and provided top notch assistant to them. Brought them up to the room where they enjoyed the view of the sleep. This is going above and beyond good service it's outstanding service! And for the next 30 years every time I go to Atlanta I will be staying...
