"We needed a place to stay while visiting family and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or more welcoming hosts! Comfortable and warm beds in a beautiful place (we stayed in the stable cottage) with everything thought of - we had tea and home made flapjack waiting for us in the room and more breakfast than we really needed but it was so delicious! "Lovely location. Good parking for car. Big house near farms. Host welcoming. The breakfast was good and room very comfortable. The only downside was the smell of damp dog that permeated throughout the house. We kept the bedroom windows opened all the time. "

"Lovely farmhouse. Although described as standard double, the room was larger than expected as was the bathroom which boasted separate shower and bath. The whole suite was immaculately clean and extras such as biscuits and fruit and ‘proper’ milk in a mini fridge were provided. "I booked the cherry barn for my partners birthday as I wanted him to have a quiet relaxing weekend away and it was perfect. We were greeted with a friendly welcome from Gary and Molly the dog. The accommodation was beautiful, the pictures really do not do it justice. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast, especially the sausage served when requested each morning. "As a single traveller it's lovely to have a true single room that doesn't feel as if it's been squashed into the last piece of space available. Everything you might need has been thought of. Forgot your corkscrew? There's one there. A bit chilly? (doubtful because the house is lovely and warm). A hot water bottle is in your drawer.
