"We had a great stay in this cute blue house. The walkway to the town of Beaufort is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The walk is faster than sitting in the traffic to get over the bridge. Also, the park across the street is great for watching the sunset. Location is perfect to see all areas. Hunting Island State Park is a must - great walking trails and beach. Lots of shark teeth, too. Stop by Seaside Grill on the way or way back from Hunting Island State Park for a great meal...

"Inside the house is beautiful. Has a tremendouse amount of room for a large family/friends. Everything inside is clean and spacious. This time of year (April) the outside has a lot of leaves and dirt on the chairs and lounge area around the firepit. We had to brush off the debris ourselves an flip the cushions before using. Grill area was really dirty and pool was green with algae and unusable."

We ran into several issues with items that needed repair, starting with the lock on the front door, which was very difficult to open when we arrived and throughout the visit.
