"Having never been to Hilton Head before I was very impressed with the Beach House. I'm glad we stayed a few weekdays as it's a much calmer place than on the weekends. The live music is great. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. The direct access to the beach was just what we wanted."

"The hotel is really nice and clean, the staff was super helpful. However for the price you pay I would expect the hotel itself to be a little more nicer and upkept. The elevators are super old and one actually got stuck. The bed on the pull out couch was be flat and not useful at all. The ac didn't work all the time it kept turning off on its own. "

"I was in Hilton Head for a friend's birthday party so I did not experience much about the property except the breakfast restaurant and the parking. My two attempts to have breakfast were unsuccessful....an hour wait for a table each time so I ate off property. I was told that there was charging in the parking deck but the same car was in the charging slot for over 24 hours so I was unable to charge on site and had to go to Pooler (wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!) to charge on my way home....
