"We had a wonderful stay at the Yellow House! Great communication with owner. Great location for visiting Beaufort, Savannah, Charleston. Property was clean and just as described other than only one golf cart was available during our stay. Plenty of things for the whole family to do in the complex. Would stay here again! "

"The property is just as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Having a golf cart available as part of the rental was wonderful. What really made this an exceptional experience was the considerate and responsive host. So many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage: lots of fluffy towels, make-up mirror, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen, cable tv, and a welcome basket of snacks and wine. Tracie went the extra mile to answer any questions, and even sent maps of the best fishing spots....

"Condo was as described. It was very clean, decorated nicely. Bed was super comfortable and adjustable too. Great shower-head. We went during the week and community was very quiet. The balcony is comfortable and has a nice view of the golf course and stars at night. Lots of birds in the area as well as deer. Host was very attentive, helpful and communicated quickly. As described, the unit is a few stairs up, but it's a great way to get some steps in."
