"We wanted a quick comfortable trip for us and our dog. The kids loved the vintage nintendo games and the hot tub. There was plenty of privacy even though the homes are close together. The owners have everything you could need at the home. We were close enough to the city to get most places in 15 min. "

"My husband and I reserved Jason's house to visit with his sister and 88 yr old mother. We drove up from Florida.The house was very clean and tidy. Everything you need is there, all the linens and kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. We enjoyed seeing the deer come around every evening, and even saw a chipmunk. "Our stay was lovely! The place was emaculate when it came to cleanliness and it looked exactly like the pictures on the site. It was quiet and felt like home to me. We loved how convenient the place was from all of the cool things we wanted to see like the house from A Christmas Story. "Charming home in Avon Lake, loved the decor, it was perfect for our weekend stay. We traveled with our dogs so the fenced in yard was bonus for them, they don't have that at home. Avon Lake is a real nice area."

"This property was amazing! It had everything we needed and was so clean! The whole house is cute and comfortable. George is so kind and accommodating. We absolutely loved the lake views. You can’t beat them! We especially loved the views from the upstairs deck. There is a great pier walk and nature trail around the pond within walking distance. We looked for birds each morning. "This house was a great little house for our short family trip away to visit the rock and roll hall of fame and take in a Guardians game. Check-in and check out were both extremely easy.
