Great location. Parking in a garage behind hotel- a walkway over to the hotel would have been nice as it is February and it is a bit of a walk from garage to hotel. Staff very nice.

I really enjoy staying here. House keeping does a great job cleaning the staff is amazing. Love the hotel and the area is great for walking & shopping. I have stayed here twice and will continue to do so when I pass through Cleveland area.

I really liked everything and have stayed there many times. I live local and have family stay here a lot. It sounds silly but no one likes the coffee bar. Just put some pump flavored creamer and be done with it😃 just saying- you look cheap and I love this hotel

The property was very clean and the room was very comfortable. Bed and bathroom are especially nice. The area is safe, with great shopping and dining options. There’s a cinema right next door. Taxi service is hard to get from the hotel but Uber worked well.
