"Pros: very sleek and contemporary furnishings- unit is very modern with tons of storage-very quiet-washer/dryer in unit is great for 9 day stay-housekeeping is very accommodating and pleasant-Cons: “buffet breakfast “ is terrible- the property has no on-site restaurant, for “breakfast “ walk to the adjacent shopping mall to a pizza shop where a “breakfast “ is set up/ horrible! Paid for 9 breakfasts, ate one! They should not offer a meal at all! Large pink “claw” machine spoils reception...

"I arrived late due to flight delay. The front desk was nice but there was a dis-connect of my booking that the hotel could not verify my identify only because the U.S. spells my first name into first and middle name, in China it is my first name. Anyways, he could pull me up with my U.S. phone number but I would say birthday or email address might be better way to verify incoming guests from outside of the country"

"I would like to thanks Lina (Senior Sales Manager) for her warm welcome on the second day. Overall, Ascott would be still one of the best places for business stays. This time round I’ve tried for leisure but it didn’t fail in terms of convenience. Hotel was a little outdated as I believe they haven’t done a touch up in a long time, mini golf course wasn’t cared for, indoor swimming pool and gym an okay size.
