"We have stayed in several vacation rentals over the past two years and this one was by far the best! After spending a few days at Disney, I splurged a bit more on this property than I wanted, but it was worth every penny. You truly cannot beat the immediate pool and beach access and nearly everything is within a 5-10 minute drive. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Not only is it obvious the owners and housekeepers care about the property, but the renters have also respected everything...

"We are very familiar with Cocoa Beach and the location was right in the middle of everything. Unit was spacious and clean. We were able to cook all of our meals and hang out comfortably with our family. "

"I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous."

"This year was my third year staying here! Nothing short of paradise. The ocean is only a small walk from the condo. The Condo has everything you need from boogie boards, towels, coolers, etc. The grocery store is right down the road, along with restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub is kept very clean.The kids and adults all had the best time!"

"The checkin process was very smooth and the property was absolutely wonderful. Much bigger than anticipated with stunning views of the ocean. The closets are massive with extra blankets and the laundry room had detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters. There was also multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, and ice packs which made everything so much easier. We travelled with my husband and i, and our two daughtes...

"The condo was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen had ample pots and pans that were really nice. The view was spectacular. We stayed three weeks and I wish we could’ve stayed three months. "10/10 perfectly as listed! Clean, well stocked, they leave small items like seasoning in the kitchen which helps with having the little things for meals, there are beach towels and beach chairs so you do not have to worry about dragging those from home! Excellent property couldn't recommend more"
