"Quite honestly couldn't be more impressed, we were due to fly early today (21st March!) and stayed the night here, woke at 5AM to find our flight cancelled and ourselves stranded. The hotel manager was extremely courteous of everyone who was stuck and offered us food/drink as by the time we had made contact with the airline and confirmed we could not travel we had found ourselves stranded as no trains/buses route home. "I only stayed for a few hours awaiting a very early flight, so did not require much in way of service. As a disabled person I was delighted to find a chair with adjustable height. Very rare i deed. The size of the hotel was not kind to my knees, but I couldn't blame the hotel for that. It would mean that I would not wish to be a long term guest though."

"Great staff, at check-in and bar. Good advice about how to get to Heathrow. Complimentary tea/coffee good. Plenty of parking, including 2 electric chargers, and £14 for the night (March 2025). Really comfy bed and pillow. Good shower but negative comment would be that temperature control wasn't indicated for hot/cold and worse was that shower tray didn't flow away so ended up stood in dirty water. "I stayed here the night before flying from Heathrow. The room was perfect and had everything I could imagine needing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking a taxi to the airport the next morning was easy. I will stay here again when flying from Heathrow if I need to. "

"The only issue we had was no bus service to Heathrow. We took it for granted that this would be available, but we had to get an expensive Uber. This isn't the hotels fault apparently. Heathrow cancelled this a year ago and they need to put it back in service. They are making lots of money charging 6 pounds for each car/uber/taxi that drops off travellers!"

"I really enjoyed my stay there. The actual rooms themselves were great. Super clean, lots of space. The entrance kind of looks like a prison, and was a little off-putting when I arrived. Also, it’s by a bar called the Purple Turtle. It’s LOUD! Not the music, but the people who go to the bar. It’s roust, and I had the pleasure of being woken up around 3am each day to people screaming and yelling. Bring your ear plays to drown them, and the busses that pass through there out. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was great! Ricky is very caring and friendly - shared a couple of local places that were really good. Appliances, furniture and heating are spotless! Especially mattress! Definitely will stay again! Thanks!"
