Comfy beds, every pot, pan, utensil, coffee press, (3 ways to make coffee, nutra bullet, courtesy snacks, cosmetic basket of anything you may have forgot, heated toilet seat, sons loved the Xbox in basement, recliners so comfortable he fell asleep & never used his room.
