"We had a great stay, the valet boys were quick and helpful. Mr. Alex, the concierge, was very friendly and gave us all the information we could need while helping with our bags when checking in and out. The hotel was great for our two boys and the family suite was exactly what we wanted. "

"Darneisha & Cane went above and beyond to help me with my difficult check in - Hotels.com messed up and never sent the updated itinerary for my reservation dates. They were extremely patient and friendly during the entire experience and over the next few days during our stay. The breakfast buffet servers were both fantastic as well. This location has fantastic staff in our opinion. They all were absolutely the reason why we would choose this location again. My only complaints are that the room...

"Perfect location, loved the decor. The room was very small and compact for a king bed. Definitely looked bigger in the pictures. Lights above the sink mirror went out after the first night. You have to call for ice or go to the front desk for it. I do think the stay was slightly overpriced, but the service was great and everyone was friendly. "

"We needed to stay here so we could do a college visit. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. I could hear airplanes taking off and landing though very early in the morning. The room seems like it’s for someone who needs a home base for a few days and must be near the airport."

"Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Appeared dated, could use some refreshing. There wasn't any utensils, cups and plates, or cooking items. No breakfast offered. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent value, if I am in the area again I would stay again."

"The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it."
