Though there was a small hiccup with the airport pickup, the team quickly made it up to us, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the spa and pristine pool, which provided the perfect spots to relax. The location was also ideal for exploring Chengdu. On arrival I was very kindly given an upgrade to a suite, it was an older style but a huge space and very comfortable. The view over the street was great to watch. Staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a great selection."
