"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. "Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. "Le propriétaire a annulé la réservation alors que nous étions à 10 mn de chez lui. Cette réservation était confirmée par Abritel et nous avions envoyé deux messages sans réponse. Nous avons été informés de cette annulation par Abritel, sans même un mot d’excuse du propriétaire. Il était 18h30 et il nous a fallu trouver d’urgence une autre solution d’hébergement. Je ne recommande pas cette location."

"This was our first time to Greece and we booked sansal based on reviews and how close it was to the ocean. When we arrived the staff were so great and very helpful, they were also very friendly and gave good recommendations where to visit and where to eat. We will be staying here when we come back!"
