"The place was amazing, 5-7 min to Island Pigeon Forge, 25 min to Gatlinburg. My husband loved the area and the home, we felt so comfortable. Place was clean, organized, equip with extra toiletries. I rented this cabin and cabin 365 for my friend and her family. I only had to message the owner once and he replied promptly. Took the kids to the indoor pool and even walked to the gas station. "I took my mother, myself, 2 Daughters and their 5 kids and this place was perfect. so much room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We did run into a small problem and the owner immediately called me and walked me through the situation. The kitchen is equipped very well and plenty of towels and such. Will definitely book again."

"Easy check in and Joyce communicated quickly. The house was as pictured. It can be a little noisy if you have teens. The lower level is easily heard in the bedrooms on the upper level as they are all connected by a center stairway. Kids enjoyed the pool table. "We had a wonderful stay! I am going to mention my experience on some of the things that were mentioned in previous reviews. Didn't see any bears- The road from the Bypass is a little scary that is the way GPS brought us in- if you take the main road (Ski Mountain Rd) it is not nearly as scary. I thought that I would mention that for anyone traveling from flatter lands. We live in the mountains so it wasn't a big deal. Once you get to the property the views are incredible! "We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mo, the owner, was always available, and if there was any issues, they would help us out immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the city. "

"Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests.
