Home reminded us of someplace in the U.P. The construction others commented on has been completed so no issues with that."

"I took my mother, myself, 2 Daughters and their 5 kids and this place was perfect. so much room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We did run into a small problem and the owner immediately called me and walked me through the situation. The kitchen is equipped very well and plenty of towels and such. Will definitely book again."

"Easy check in and Joyce communicated quickly. The house was as pictured. It can be a little noisy if you have teens. The lower level is easily heard in the bedrooms on the upper level as they are all connected by a center stairway. Kids enjoyed the pool table. We drove by the entrance to complex the first time around. The roads are a little tricky. After a few trips it was easier to navigate the roadways. Close to Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg. "The host was so kind and helpful. The home had everything for our family with ages ranging from 4-60! So many little details that were such a blessing to see in the home! We enjoyed the home so much that we were very content staying in for the evenings!:) location was also very good! Great home for a family! :)"

"We had a wonderful stay! I am going to mention my experience on some of the things that were mentioned in previous reviews. Didn't see any bears- The road from the Bypass is a little scary that is the way GPS brought us in- if you take the main road (Ski Mountain Rd) it is not nearly as scary. I thought that I would mention that for anyone traveling from flatter lands. We live in the mountains so it wasn't a big deal. Once you get to the property the views are incredible! "This place was definitely a splid place to stay while attending Knoxville for a short trip. The location of this place was great being that it was really close to just about anything in town. However, this place is not for light sleepers. The train and highway keep for a pretry loud surroundings whe sleeping at night. I also made nore that the house did have a sightly stale, smoke smell to it. However, the beds and rooms were very clean. There was only a small bit of dust on thw attic door on...

"Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!"
