"The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!"

It was a very short walk to the parking garage, and it was reasonably priced. "Me and my husband stayed here and loved it, the rooms were beautifully decorated very rustic. You are right on the water, it was very quiet despite being right off the rd, we wound up extending our stay by a couple of days ans Mrs Wendy was very accommodating and very sweet, we will definitely book with her again and would recommend anyone to book with her "

"Beautiful condo. Perfectly well stocked, including a very cool kennel for your dogs. Very comfy bed and well done shower/bathroom. And yes, a view of the stadium from your window.This was a perfect place for my wife, son and our two dogs. We enjoyed the short walk to market Square. "Perfect location to park your car and never leave the area. Food, entertainment, everything you need right there. "

"The condo was small but very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was functional. The kids loved to use the spiral staircase as a jungle gym. The place did have wifi despite saying that it didn't, so that was a welcomed surprise. The only annoyance was that the window by the downstairs bed did not have blinds, so if you want to sleep past sunrise, I hope bright lights don't bother you! The blinds were in the corner, so I guess that previous renters had broken it off....

"Great little place to stay, the views were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was clean for the most part. The wall color showed some spots and if you have people above you that walk heavily you will hear it, but other then that it was great. We will definitely stay here again! (4 bears seen from balcony!)"

"Excellent!! Very cool location. Clean and new unit/building. New appliances. Very industrial decor…. Nice! The sliding barn doors are cool but can be very loud, especially at night! The listing states that there is limited toilet paper but the rolls were half used when we arrived. There is a convenient store right across the street so that’s nice for grabbing necessities. Washer and dryer in the unit but the washer runs a long cycle so they could supply more bath towels just for convenience....

"We loved our stay here! I would rent the same room again next time, the view out our patio door was Amazing! The side of the building where our room was located felt quiet and private. Not only that, but our original room was not ready even though we checked in after 4, so the nice front desk lady placed us in an upgraded room with a view without us even asking. "

"Stayed for two nights with my 2 and 4 y/o boys. Very family friendly, great indoor pool area. John at the front desk was super helpful during check in. We walked to the Anakeesta ticket office in about 15-20 minutes pushing a stroller. Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. There was a power outage in Gatlinburg our last night which was inconvenient, but the front desk staff (I can’t remember her name, Hida maybe!) were so kind in offering to help get my kids and stroller up five flights of stairs while the elevator wasn’t working. Restaurant isn’t fancy, but is convenient if you need to feed your kids without having to walk to the strip. Our server was really sweet and patient with my toddlers. If you’re looking for a budget friendly, family friendly place to stay in Gatlinburg, this is a great option! Will definitely be back!"
