"This is the best hotel in the middle of the most exciting part of downtown Ponta Delgada. Parking could be tricky if you're renting a car but there are options nearby so it would be a short walk. Fantastic restaurants are everywhere and generally you won't need to walk uphill on your way home. I'd say more specifically nice things but this is my favorite hotel and I want to have it available for my next visit. Patricia is caring and wonderful and is ready to help whenever and however you need....

"This is a delightful place in the middle of town. Perfect for walking to parks, the water, restaurants, the market and museums. The house is spacious and clean, and the host is accommodating. Two rooms are not en suite, so if that's important to you, make sure you double check. We got used to walking to the bathroom; it made it feel like we lived in the entire space. Very nice. "This place was amazing. We had our own bathroom and one of the best views ever. The staff was excellent, the rooms were always clean and fresh smelling. Was a little skeptical at first with no air conditioning but we never needed it. There was a ceiling fan installed during our stay as well as the balcony door opened all day and night. "Great location for being near - but not in - Sete Cidades. Quick drives up and down the coast to different beaches, and ~15 into the town of Sete Cidades. We had a small issue when we checked in and the manager (Lucy) was so quick to respond and take care of it. Stayed 4 nights and only wish we had more time. "
