"The hotel was a lovely old convent that is up a quiet alley just off the main area. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and there is an outside courtyard that has tables, couches, heaters and a staff that caters to you. The room was very clean and really quiet. We were on the third/top floor and there is an open deck on the roof that was not available in March. We really enjoyed everything about this property. When we left, there was a bag with breakfast for us. "

"Hotel ist perfekt für einen Trip nach Palma, Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und strahlt Entspannung aus. Essen / Frühstück ist hervorragend. Wir würden immer wieder hier übernachten. Allerdings könnte das Bett ein Update bekommen. "

"This was a great hotel option in Palma, perfect location for seeing all the historic sights and easy to walk to everything. We jumped on the bus right across the street to go to Bellver Castle. The staff were all friendly, and the place was extremely clean. We were also very grateful to one of the ladies at the front desk who arranged for us to stay an extra night and we didn’t have to move rooms. I recommend the breakfast, it had all the options you would look for. Great way to start the day! "
