"We had a wonderful visit at the Sheraton Arabella. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. "We were in a double room first night but I think that the hostel staff soon realised that myself and my friend were a couple of lads and a double bed wasn't really suitable.The following morning we were collected at no cost and taken to another hostel that was more to our liking twin room and plenty of bars around for our entertainment. I must point out that we were travelling to watch football Real Mallorca v West Bromwich Albion (lost 1 nil).Thanks to all the great staff especially the lovely...

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "

"We were 3 women travelling together. The single rooms were spacious and immaculate. The garden is enclosed with pretty trees, lovely seating areas and a good sized pool. The hotel is excellent value for money, friendly and with a relaxed atmosphere - we would definitely return."
