"We had a wonderful visit at the Sheraton Arabella. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. Also she was super efficient and kind ! Dasha for her super customer service and talking to us so warmly and kindly and for her superior customer service. "We were in a double room first night but I think that the hostel staff soon realised that myself and my friend were a couple of lads and a double bed wasn't really suitable.The following morning we were collected at no cost and taken to another hostel that was more to our liking twin room and plenty of bars around for our entertainment. I must point out that we were travelling to watch football Real Mallorca v West Bromwich Albion (lost 1 nil).Thanks to all the great staff especially the lovely...

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "

"Hotel Araxa was easy to travel to by foot from Santa Catalina or on the bus. It's close to route 4 so easy to reach the lovely beach at ses Illetes. There is a large supermarket close by. Excellent welcome as I was able to check in a little early and I was given a room upgrade. I would definitely return if staying in Palma again."
