"This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for. "

The new place is on the 6th floor of a very old building with a very narrow, worn out and claustrophobic elevator..You don’t feel safe at all! Rooms are literally next to each other in a very small apartment that you hear every sound of people.. "I had a great stay at Dome. This place is in prime location of downtown where all the action is stores, restaurants, patios- amazing. Parking was difficult and I found it a little hard to find and park but Pier went above and beyond to help me with finding the location, parking and bringing my luggage in and explaining things. Above and beyond! Made my stay, thank you. As for the one star would be for accessibility to bring your luggage in and out esp if traveling heavy. And for limited towels...
