"I’m fairly disappointed with this property. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as you can hear absolutely everything going on in the other rooms. The bed is not memory foam or, if it is, it’s extremely old. The room has a smell that I think is coming from the old wardrobe and now all of my belongings I brought stink. "Maria Rosa and her husband went out of their way to make us feel at home. They cooked us the best meal we had in Sardinia, Maybe in Italy! So kind caring and genuine. "Our stay was perfect, Andrea is a fantastic host and a wonderful person. The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained with AC, it’s about 30-40 min walk from the historic centre which we gladly did as it was a nice route. There’s a little supermarket and a Caffé with delicious and cheap pastries (delicious pistachio croissants) next to it in about 5 min walking distance from the hostel. We’ll definitely be back! "L'Abete is a lovely, quiet place. Manager Marco was superb, really a fine, nice person who make me feel welcome and who wanted to be as helpful as he could. I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"

"The property was fine to come and go and sleep. Owner was unable to meet me when I arrived despite me arriving within stated hours of availability, leading to some confusion about how to access the room. Not fun after 24 hours of travel. Main problem was that accommodation was booked for a work trip and the owner was unable to provide a receipt so that I could be reimbursed by my workplace. Owner said they’d provide a receipt and then ghosted after several requests. Not recommended for those...

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Corrias. The place was cute, clean and our host Christian was very kind and welcoming. He gave us recommandations about the best places to see, was very proactive and served us very good breakfast each morning. Villa Corrias is only 30 minutes ride from Cagliari, perfect in-between to visit the south-west. We really recommand this place to stay. Thank you for everything again Christian! :)"

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good.
