"We booked this place for two nights but the owner scammed us! He replaced us to another location which is cheaper, dirtier, noisier and not safe at all! The new place is on the 6th floor of a very old building with a very narrow, worn out and claustrophobic elevator..You don’t feel safe at all! Rooms are literally next to each other in a very small apartment that you hear every sound of people.. "I had a great stay at Dome. This place is in prime location of downtown where all the action is stores, restaurants, patios- amazing. Parking was difficult and I found it a little hard to find and park but Pier went above and beyond to help me with finding the location, parking and bringing my luggage in and explaining things. Above and beyond! Made my stay, thank you. As for the one star would be for accessibility to bring your luggage in and out esp if traveling heavy. And for limited towels...

"Being older navigating the outside and the rooms there was difficult. Did not like that my daughter was put in the dungeon room. It felt unsafe due only one way out. No parking."

"Calixa is in an excellent location, and Giacomo was so helpful to deal with. I loved the neighborhood, which was convenient in so many ways. If I were to change anything about this experience, it would have not been the rental itself—which was great—but rather the difficulty of dealing with Orbitz/Expedia with a minor issue that they could easily have solved with a little good will. Unfortunately, they did little to help."

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. "The view from the breakfast room is breathtaking and the ambience is relaxing, hospitable and cosy. The decor through the hotel is modern and elegant. Every request we had was provided with care and absolute efficiency. We loved everything about it, and we highly recommend this location and hotel. The only negative aspect is leaving this beautiful place. "

"This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for. "

"It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it’s close. Reading all the fabulous reviews we were pleasantly surprised that even the best were not quite up What you get when you arrive. The rooms were large and an immaculate clean and everything was top-notch. Breakfast in the morning is great bar in the evening one of the best in town. 10 minute walk to great restaurants and people areas or short taxi ride to the old town. Can’t say enough about this place. "

"We love Hotel Flora! We first stayed at the hotel in 2022 and again this October. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. It is quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and it is a bonus to have a restaurant as well that serves very good food. The staff are very professional and helpful. We will be back!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. The room I’ve stayed at had a balcony, spacious, clean and safe. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices.
