"So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."

It is well-maintained, clean, and updated (the glass staircase is so neat, lets light in to lower levels). "Very centrally located and walkable to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lovely family and the place was well-stocked with extra items kindly provided for our stay by Maria and her daughter. No parking at the stay but we were directed to free parking about 8-10 minutes away. The place can get warm during the day but the fans were all we needed at night."

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"My wife and I loved this place! The photos in the listing don’t do the view justice. It is truly breathtaking. The location is great too. Very secluded yet still walking distance into town and to any stores you need. Mallorca Born Properties was extremely helpful with the entire process and answering any questions we had. "The house, while not very modern, has everything you need and the garden area is really nice, we enjoyed our breakfasts outside. Be mindful that you will need insect repellent though!!! "This townhouse is just perfect! It is spacious, beautifully presented and has the most wonderful views of the bay. The roof terrace has sun all day long and was such a wonderful best place to relax in the evening with a nice glass of wine watching the sun go down. "This property fully lives up to the photographs on the hotel's website, which we stayed at in late-October. A nice quiet location at the side of the mountains, but not too far from Palma and Sóller. Friendly staff and tasty breakfasts; although no lunches are available and dinner can only be taken on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We stayed in the Sa Caseta Family Apartment, which was detached from the main property, clean, and ideal for a family of four. The apartment had a reasonably equipped kitchen, so it was possible to use for some limited self-catering. A great place to relax and get some peace and quiet."
