"Upon arrival at this property, we thought.. ‘wow, we struck gold with this place.’ The views were nothing short but amazing. The house was clean and updated. They had everything we needed. The coolest part is that you’re able to walk down to the beach, and across to the famous Cala Deia restaurant. Too bad it was closed while we were there though, but nonetheless, it was a treat. "We loved being “away from it all” in this gorgeous, historic property. Needed the car to go anywhere as it’s a bit off the beaten track. Fabulous pool, and outdoor dining area and views. Amazing walks and nature. Javier a great host, very helpful and lives in nearby Pollenca. "

"Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub...

"Lovely quiet location, A perfect antidote to the crowds. Tomeu very welcoming with some lovely oranges and lemons from his farm, Coming from the Cotswolds we know all about sheep (!) but these were particularly charming with their bells and friendly manner, loved watching them especially during feeding time. Stunning location, only 10 minutes from Fornalutx which is beautiful with lovely restaurants and a beautiful outlook over the mountains. Very much enjoyed driving in the Tramontana...

"We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly."

"We had a wonderful stay high up in the mountains . The place is very spacious and looks even better that in the photos. It is a 30 min ride on a very narrow, curvy, steep road with the occasional vehicle coming from the other direction, not for the faint of heart. We did not leave the mountain only every other day, not only because of the drive but also because it is so peaceful and relaxing to just stay there, certainly compared to the rest of the island. Juan, the host is great, he answered...

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"

"A lovely, well-equipped villa in a very quiet area a few km outside Pollensa. A minor problem with the air-conditioning was resolved swiftly via the agent and owner. Note that access for anything larger than a smallish car is extremely difficult (if you are offered a hire car upgrade, decline it - we wish we had!)."

"We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!"

"Small and bijou perfect for 2 people- relaxing and laid back. Uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean from a large terrace. Handy if you are fit for the walk to Soller Bay especially the return. Or have an appropriate car and reasonable driving skill."

"Lovely country side estate! Very private with beautiful private pool. House has two large bedrooms. One had two twin beds, which was about the only downfall. Kitchen was perfectly supplied, even lots of Tupperware! We had bikes delivered and enjoyed biking every day! Highly recommended!"

"While the house is smaller than it appears on the photographs, it is more than adequate for at least four people. The property is on a public footpath and very close to the main Selva-Caimari road. Traffic can be heard during the day and also at night if the windows are open (as can the cockerels, dogs and goat/sheep bells!). The owners only speak Spanish, but their son speaks English and all three are very helpful. There is adequate glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots/pans for 4-6...

"Abgelegen von der Hauptstrasse , aber man ist in 5 min mit dem Auto in Pollenca. Die Finca hat 2 Schlafzimmer(2Einzelbetten unten, 1Doppelbett auf der Empore, offen zum Wohnraum)und 1 Badezimmer. Leider kein separates WC vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist geflegt, der Aussenbereich hat Schattenplätze.Kohlegrill vorhanden. Küche hat grossen Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank und istgut ausgestattet. Keinerlei Lebensmittel vorhanden, nur Salz und Pfeffer. Nespresso Maschiene vorhanden. Klimaanlage...

"We loved this property, the pool was gorgeous and location was perfect for walking into town or a quick drive to the many local beaches. Roads are small and steep but easy enough to navigate. Would highly recommend this stay."
