"For the price we paid, it was adequate. However the curtains didn't block any lights at all. The safety sign (evacuation light) was bright. I tried to contact the property for check in instructions but received no replies. On the day of check in, we managed to find some one on site and let us store our luggage. He told us the check in was 3 pm. By 3:10 pm, we still couldn't check in using the self check in machine. The phone number on the door was not in use. We wouldn't use this property...

Only way to contact someone was via WhatsApp Wasn’t communicated what room I was in Bed sheets aren’t washed properly, mine were stained and also the towels smelt really bad "

"The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of shopping district, with easy access to the subway and airport limousine bus. The room was cozy and modern, with comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. I find their best asset to be the staffs. They were incredibly friendly and helpful to assist with directions and recommendations. Its nice that you could easily get new towels. In all, They provide a decent breakfast, nice room, excellent facilities and good service. Highly recommend!"
