"Very posh, new, and clean hotel with good amenities (indoor pool and gym). Also, very close to public transport to go to Seoul (Gangnam area). Many shops and a large department store are also nearby."

"The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!"

"The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these."

"From what I understand, the building switches off the ability to use A/C at the beginning of October, and there is only the ability to switch on the heat. Since it is still warm outside, our room was between 79-81deg F (25-26 deg C) the entire stay. The high temperature in the room made it too hot to sleep at night and was very uncomfortable. There is no recycling on site and the buffet breakfast was the same every morning."
