"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "The hotel rooms are a little outdated but the property grounds are beautiful. We got there very late at night and woke up to an amazing and beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property grounds. So peaceful and quiet. The staff was very nice. We had a great stay. Very close to waterfalls"
