"A clean and modern hotel. 5 people in 2 joined rooms. Beds were comfortable and made daily on our 4 night visit. Traditional bath and shower per room and separate toilet with bidet. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Lots of toiletries in the reception area- take what you need. Paid for washing machines and driers available although these were selfishly hogged by people who didn't clear their laundry when finished. The machines also have a self assigned security code so you have to ask staff to empty the machine if they haven't been emptied by the owners. Close to amenities with Lawsons a few minutes walk away, Life supermarket 5 minute walk and lots of very good food establishments within the vacinity. Shin-Osaka station was only 5 minute walk away and we managed to wheel large suitcases with us. Although this hotel is not centrally based in Osaka, it is well worth staying at. Transport into Osaka and beyond was easy to navigate. We would stay here again."

"The lobby of this airport hotel was very nice - two seating areas in the lobby were comfortable with some reading materials and an area for children with children's books.The Lobby was quite large and near many shopping areas and restaurants. The food is delicious in Osaka and it is all right there at the ITM airport. My appointed room was small but equipped with everything, and very clean. I had a great night of sleep for my early morning departure flight to return home to the USA. The porter brought me an air purifier which helped as the air was thick and humid - the temperature outside and inside was well into the 80 degree mark. All/everything was very nice! "

"Excellent hotel, great value for money, we stayed in Deluxe Twin room that was spacious, very clean and convenient to stay. Comfortable beds and good noise isolation. Close to shin Osaka station. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast choices were slightly limited still enough for a light meal. Complementary soba was offered in the eve hours."
