"Staff is very friendly. At the moment we arrived, we were given all the details and information of the amenities and activities in the hotel. The room we got was impressive and we received all accommodations. Parking is close to the entrance and the food is very good. "

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, when we asked then to show us the directions to certain places we had to go, they were very helpful and were willing to show us from the map. We were given a room with a harbour view which was absolutely stunning. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room so I didn't mind the room was small, in fact I think it was a decent size unless you plan to spend more time in your room. The only one thing I would pick on is the shower room. The shower shelter doesn't do anything at all, the floor was all wet after the shower. We had to dry the floor with the towel afterwards otherwise it would be a bit uncomfortable to enter the shower room/ toilet again afterwards. We visited the Sky Bar on the 8th floor on our last night, we sat next to the window with a stunning view that we could see the harbour and the concert hall. Staff at the bar are very friendly. The location of this hotel is great too, we had a few activities which required us to meet up at the bus stop 5 (Harpa) which is just cross the road from the hotel, very convenient. Also, great distance from the city centre so not a problem at all walking between the hotel and the city centre. Our overall experience staying at this hotel was excellent."

"Great stay. Super breakfasts. Super hot hot-tub. And Northern Lights! It would be even better if hotel adopted Dark Skies policies, as many guests like to catch the northern lights but there are too many poorly positioned path lights, patio lights and lights on the various buildings - and unfortunately it wasn’t possible to turn off or adjust lights. "
