"The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a historical and well preserved building. Staff has been most friendly. Check-in is strictly at 3pm, but your room might be ready at 1PM. The room cleanliness was pristine. My room had a balcony with view to the Tauber valley - watching the sunset and sunrise was fantastic. Breakfast was ok, expected a little bit more (more fruits, maybe cookies and pastries) considering this is a fine hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied and cannot wait to return! "

"I liked the updated rooms. Breakfast was good. It was easy and convenient to take the bus downtown Würzburg. I had to go to the Uniklinik which was a quick walk. The people working were all outstanding and super friendly! Great trip "

"A tall modern hotel near the train station - it is one stop more or less on a tram from the train station, and close enough to walk unless you have oppressive amounts of baggage. Nice breakfast, but not much in the way of dining around that I saw. There was a Lidl across the street where you can get inexpensive food to eat in your room. Downtown Wuerzburg is a few stops away on the tram to the Juliuspromenade stop. The 4 stop ticket for 1.50 euros will cover that. "

"The manager Filip was very kind and knowledgeable! The dining experience was absolutely superb. If I could give more stars, I would. He had very excellent wine pairings and was very helpful when we had questions. Helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He even valeted the German super car we rented! Michael also made our breakfast experience smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"

"We were greeted by the staff member who was very sweet and walked us through the lobby and restaurant, as well as the after hours entry just so we could find our way. In addition, it’s a very easy walk to the town center and very convenient. They also provided a treat for my dog which she loved. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return."
