"A very nice, warm and well equipped flat. It had everything that we needed. As well as catering for ourselves we had a delicious meal at the Gasthaus. It is very handy for the train station, from where we got trains to Rothenburg and Wurzburg."

"Large apartment. Kitchen very well laid out with induction cooktop and appliances. No microwave. Large kitchen/eating area and large bedroom with king sized bed and sofa bed. Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town."

The owners responded immediately to any questions and were so helpful.....providing me with antiseptic and bandages when I had a fall, going to a nearby restaurant and helping us order since I don’t speak German and generally being very pleasant and friendly. "Sehr herzlicher Emfang. Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es gab selbst erzeugten Wein und eine Rundfahrt mit dem Traktor für die Kinder. Außerdem viele Fahrzeuge für die Kinder (Kettcar, ect...). Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in der Scheune unterstellen. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz und eine Outdoorkegelbahn. Und hast es sehr gefallen. Danke und vielleicht irgendwann einmal wieder."

"Unterkunft benötigt eine Auffrischung. Schimmel an Silikonkanten und Fugen Dusche. Schimmel an Duschkopf. Wenig Möglichkeiten seine Sachen unterzubringen. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit Fahrräder. Wenig Tageslicht. Lage in Ochsenfurt Ideal. Parkmöglichkeit am Objekt für PKW geht in Ordnung. Mit VW-Bus oder ähnlich wird es sehr eng. Küchenblock macht den Anschein, als ob noch Unterschränke oder Geräte fehlen. Kein Geschirrspüler."

"Eine feine kleine FeWo direkt am Main und kurz vor Würzburg. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße und man ist in 10 Minuten in der City. Oder mit dem Fahrrad auf dem Maintalradweg unterwegs. Die sehr nette Vermieterin nimmt einen herzlich in Empfang. Im Sommer lädt außerdem der Garten ein."

"Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, hat aber nicht, - wie man bei dem letzten Foto meinen möchte -, ein Fenster mit schönem Ausblick im Obergeschoss, zu dem die fotografierte Treppe führt - im Gegenteil: der Eingang zu Küche und Duschbad liegt im Erdgeschoss, und die Treppe führt in den Keller! Dort hatte der Durchgangsraum (Wohnzimmer) keine Fenster, der dahinterliegende Schlafraum hatte Kellerfensteröffnungen zu Lichtschächten. Das hatten wir so...
