"This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was just my spouse and I but would also be great for larger groups, as there is a lot of space. In addition to the front porch pictured, there is a back porch as well as a screened-in balcony off the main bedroom upstairs! Also, there is no need to wait on a coffee here! There are multiple coffee makers throughout the house and a good variety of coffee is available. Great stay!"

"Went to Wichita to visit my Nephew on his 6th Birthday and EVERYTHING was Awesome!!! My nephew nor did I want to leave! He said Auntie I want to live with you….lol 😂!!! Everything was NICE!!!! Quiet neighborhood, Very clean and up to date home, Location is perfect, everything we needed was close by!!! Playroom was excellent for kids and huge enclosed backyard with lighting where we just sat and talked!!! I give this home a 10/10! It didn’t disappoint "

"Alex was so easy to communicate with and that made a huge difference for me after my last experience with a renter. The house was huge and clean. We had more space than we new what to do with. The downstairs bedroom felt like we were in a private apartment. Everything that you could have needed was provided. It was located so close to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. "We were here for a dog event. House was perfect for us. Fenced yard. The grass was a little rough. It is next to the highway so it is loud, Not bad inside. I feel the house had everything that was needed for us. My dogs loved it. but not insidethe house. "

"We stayed in a beautifully restored home in an older historic neighborhood for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for our family, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the house was spotless. We didn’t use the back patio, but there was a fire pit that would’ve been perfect for gathering in the evening. If we need room for a large group in the future, we’ll definitely be back!"
