"Overall, this was a great property for our annual girls Christmas shopping weekend. Location of the VRBO was great and easy to find. The space was great, nicely decorated, but not cluttered while having enough seating for the 5 of us. It had all we needed to cook a meal for us all. The dishwasher was not functioning so we had to wash dishes by hand. "

"In town over Labor Day weekend to visit nephew who attends Friends University. Friends is just a short drive away and this was perfect location. Downtown is a must if new to Wichita. House was perfect for my family and me. Property Manager was great. House is smaller than what I pictured in pictures, but we were very pleased with everything. It's an older house but still so cute. We didn't get to spend as much time in back yard as planned but I have no regrets with this rental. Thanks...

"This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was just my spouse and I but would also be great for larger groups, as there is a lot of space. In addition to the front porch pictured, there is a back porch as well as a screened-in balcony off the main bedroom upstairs! Also, there is no need to wait on a coffee here! There are multiple coffee makers throughout the house and a good variety of coffee is available. Great stay!"

"Went to Wichita to visit my Nephew on his 6th Birthday and EVERYTHING was Awesome!!! My nephew nor did I want to leave! He said Auntie I want to live with you….lol 😂!!! Everything was NICE!!!! Quiet neighborhood, Very clean and up to date home, Location is perfect, everything we needed was close by!!! Playroom was excellent for kids and huge enclosed backyard with lighting where we just sat and talked!!! I give this home a 10/10! It didn’t disappoint "

"Alex was so easy to communicate with and that made a huge difference for me after my last experience with a renter. The house was huge and clean. We had more space than we new what to do with. The downstairs bedroom felt like we were in a private apartment. Everything that you could have needed was provided. It was located so close to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. "We stayed in a beautifully restored home in an older historic neighborhood for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for our family, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the house was spotless. We didn’t use the back patio, but there was a fire pit that would’ve been perfect for gathering in the evening. If we need room for a large group in the future, we’ll definitely be back!"
