"We needed a place while traveling to Derby KS. Traveling with 4 grandkids we wanted something simple and efficient. This was it! Short drive to Derby, we relaxed and it was so reasonably priced. Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would stay again."

"The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything that we needed. The layout of the property was perfect for pur group of 10 6 adults and 4 children. We were gone most of the time but it was comfortable. The only pause we had was that the kitchen/dining tile floor was very sticky. I mopped it twice and thefloor was very dirty. I messaged the host and she promptly responded and offered to sen some one out to clean. I did not do thar since i already took care of it."

There is plenty of space, it's clean, feels very "homey" and Teresa has absolutely everything you might need while traveling out of town. The rooms are very spacious and the house has many nooks and crannies for visiting. We came for a family wedding and everyone rented a house but everyone wished they had ours!
