When more towels were requested for the area, desk staff indicated there were no more available until laundry finished. I appreciate the honesty, but was surprised that a hotel like this would have ALL of its towels out. - our bathroom had some kind of unpleasant smell. It was hard to put our finger...

"Handicap accessible room was very close to entrance. Usually most hotels stick us in a back corridor far away. My husband has issues walking so this was very much appreciated. Also the beds were not high like most other hotel beds; much easier access for him. "
