"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. "The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh...
