"The property was really cool heritage building. Very quiet. Each room had a little sitting area which was unique. Lots of character, the old staircase etc. staff very friendly and helpful. The actual seattle neighbourhood was a bit questionable but all in all very close to where we were going for our event, lots of cool pubs and restaurants around climate pledge arena. Would stay there again"

"Great location, friendly staff, but.... The lobby was closed and under construction, reception was on the 3rd floor and initially hard to find. A little inconvenient but not a big deal. However, the ongoing daily construction noise was VERY annoying. It would have been good business practice to notify incoming guests when they booked their reservation that this construction was going on.
