"I requested from the lobby night shift manager that my car be retrieved from the elevator garage and ready for me at 5am. When I arrived in the lobby at 5am, the front desk manager had not even notified the valet to get my car. I had to wait for someone to be called. Not good service. Nothing happening at 5am in the lobby so….."

"The hotel seemed to be nestled on the edge of what has become a rather seedy area of Seattle. That being said, I was never hassled by any unsavory elements and my wife and I always felt safe. The reason we picked this hotel was because it was central to what we wanted to see: Pike Place Market, Ivar's, and a romantic, high-class restaurant. This proved to be true.
