"The only reason on property conditions that i gave it 3 stars was because it is under construction and i hope the painting is not completed in the room i was in. It needed a little more attention to details around trim, fixtures, etc. Not a big deal overall."

"We took our 3 grandchildren ages 6, 8 and 10 to Chicago as a Christmas gift. We chose this resort because of the water park. They had a blast! We then drove to Shedd Aquarium for a day, which was a very doable drive, 1 1/2 hours and still had time for them to come back and swim. The life guards were very observant of the kids swimming and did a great job. The amusement center was an added bonus as well as an on sight restaurant, snack shop and bar. "The pictures online were of the hotel, ive been leary because sometimes the pictures are a bit of an exaggeration of the hotel or not even the same hotel. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The breakfast was what to be expected of a free breakfast. We will be staying here again when we make these trips. "
